Ｘ着（ちゃ＼く）arrival at X or to X place
In sequence [Place] [Time] 発 + [Place] [Time] 着 + の [Noun]

Takeaway

1. If an accent occurs on the word before 発・着 then 発・着 looses it's accent.
2. The accent resets between the place and the time if the place has an accent.
